Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
A very unique Austrian specialty made from the fruit of Alpine Stone Pine Trees. It has a very complex smoky, piney flavor and the finish is quite dry.
It's exceptionally smooth and slightly sweet with a beautiful dry floral pine finish. Try it in this simple, seasonal holiday cocktail: Royal Tannenbaum, 2oz. Gin (London dry style like Beefeater), 1/2oz. Zirbenz, 1/4oz. simple syrup. Shake ingredients until shaker is icy cold. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
