Vinyes Singulars Rosado Amphora 2017
The pressed juice goes into Amphora after maceration in the Stainless Steel and fermented for 10 days. It is then aged in that same amphora for 3 months. Label designed by his daughter. Some really fun different surprising notes on this one. Cranberry, dried flowers, earthy notes and tones. The color is a dark rose, and the finish is super dry and very balanced. Only 500 bottles for the US… a GREAT food Rosado!
