A blend that’s 85% Nerello Mascalese with a smattering of red and white grapes including Nerello Capuccio, Minella Nera, Alicante Bouschet, Minella Bianco. Lighter, chillable and superbly refreshing. Organically farmed grapes, native yeast fermentation, no fining but lightly filtered and with only a small sulfite addition.
