Camin Larredya is a small estate in Jurançon, a wine appellation spread throughout the Bearnaise hills in the South-West of France. Jean-Marc Grussaute runs this small estate, that uses the local word "Camin", which means road, instead of domaine in its title. The vineyard is over 40 years old and planted to 60% Petit Manseng, 37% Gros Manseng, and 3% Petit Courbu on terraced vineyards carved out of the steep and curved slopes. Since 1988 Jean-Marc has been estate bottling. He has been farming organically since 2007 with his first certified vintage being in 2010.

La Part Davant is a Jurançon Sec, or dry Jurançon, made from 67% Gros Manseng and 32% Petit Manseng with a tiny amount of Petit Courbu. The wine is named after the Davan plot of his vineyard. The juice is left in contact with the skins for a short period before being fermented in stainless steel and foudres. After fermentation, the wine is kept sur lie for at least six months, before being blended and bottled in the late spring. The resultant wine has a rich, creamy mouthfeel with broad acidity, rocky mineral flavors and notes of orchard fruits and white flowers. Enjoy with pâté, fish tacos, or a selection of cheese.
