Dom Ribiera A Bicyclette VDF Red 2020
$ 29.00

Husband and wife team Régis and Christine Pichon work 7.5 hectares of vines on the sloping hills surrounding the small village of Aspiran in the Hérault department in the Languedoc. The nearby Hérault River inspired them to name their estate Ribiera (meaning waterfront in Occitan).
This fresh red, with a very light color, super fruity and crunchy, combines the lightness of rosé and the aromatic depth of red wines (harkening back to old-school clarets). From aperitif to desserts with red fruits, this atypical wine will effectively accompany a huge variety of foods, thanks to its subtle but very present tannic structure.
