Arnaud Lambert Saumur Clos De Midi Blanc 2019

Founded by Arnaud Lambert in 2017, this namesake estate unites Lambert’s certified organic Brézé and Saint Cyr en Bourg vineyards under one label. 00% Chenin Blanc that comes from vineyards laden with silty clay, sandy soils on top of limestone. The combination of which makes for a wonderfully complex wine that showcases a wealth of taut citrus notes with notes of spice and wool.  ‘Clos de Midi’ is a rocky and mineral-driven Chenin Blanc laden with notes of citrus, white flowers, and juicy stone fruit. Delicious with risotto, fish dishes, and sushi.
